Holidays 2023 Shipping and Support

If you are planning on purchasing our games for Christmas gifts, please be aware that Royal Mail usually experience disruption to their services due to their Christmas workload. It's important to order your games as early as possible to best avoid disappointment.

While we can't make any guarantees about when orders will arrive, we recommend placing orders for Christmas no later than 17th December for the UK, or 10th December for International orders.

Just like many of you, we will be taking some time off over Christmas to rest and recover, phew! Therefore, the last day we will ship games is 21st December 2023. Any games ordered on or after the 21st December will not be shipped until we return from our break around the 2nd January 2024.

Customer Support Over Christmas & New Year

We will be closed from 22nd December 2023 until 2nd January 2024. We will endeavour to reply to all emails as quickly as possible once we reopen, however please do be patient.
