We are currently having the occasional issue with sending SMS messages to our UK phone numbers from the USA. If this has affected you, please use Whatsapp instead as this works no matter where in the world you are. Make sure to include the UK country code (+44) when entering the number into WhatsApp.

If you believe you have the correct response and you aren't getting the answer that you desire, then check you haven't switched the email account that you are emailing from.

The system that we use tracks users progress through the email address used, so make sure you continue to use the same one throughout the game!

If a character isn't responding to your email or SMS then ensure you have entered the correct email address or phone number.

We are aware that there is currently a problem where people with mobile devices cannot access the Feed Our Folks web page. We are working on a solution to this problem however it will take a little time.

We are currently investigating an issue where some videos on multiple sites are taking a long time to buffer, or not playing the content on mobile devices. In the meantime, potential ways to get around this are to switch to a desktop browser, try a different device or view in incognito mode.

If you are using an apple email address then please ensure your email client isn't switching between @icloud and @me email addresses. In normal life we know this means the emails go into the same inbox, but in our games the exact email address is used for progress tracking, so if you switch between the two accidentally then it will get confused and you may not end up with the correct response.
